Common entries.

  1. My bank transactions aren't syncing.

    Pull down on the home screen to refresh. If a connection has expired, you'll be prompted to reconnect through Plaid. If the trouble persists, write to us with the name of your bank and we'll look into it.

  2. How do I cancel my subscription?

    Subscriptions are administered by the App Store or Google Play, not by us directly.

    • iOSSettings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Small Change Pro → Cancel.
    • AndroidGoogle Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Small Change Pro → Cancel.

  3. How do I delete my account?

    A separate account-deletion page walks through the steps and details exactly what data is removed.

  4. I forgot my password.

    Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email.
